HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

- Click on the item and then you will be taken to the product page.
- Select the color and size you need from menu.
- Click “Add to Cart” to add item to cart to go straight to checkout.
- Add all items you want to cart.
- Click on cart image in the right upper corner of the page.
- Checkout. Follow instruction to enter your shipping address and payment details. Be sure to complete the process by clicking buttons at a bottom of page.
If your order is successful, you will see a page with your order number.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Currently we only accept online orders. In the near future we can be contacted by phone.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING ON THE SITE?
After placing an order, you will immediately receive an email with an order confirmation. During the day we check the availability of all items from the order. In the event of a positive result, we will inform you about dispatching the goods. If the product is not available, then we can offer similar analogues.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
It is possible that the order confirmation is located in the Spam folder. Make sure that there is no letter in all available folders.
If the order confirmation has not yet arrived, send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your personal data and the ordered item descriptions.
HOW CAN I ASK ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ON THE SELECTED MODEL?

CAN I CHANGE ORDER DETAILS AFTER PLACING ON THE SITE?
If you want to change your personal data necessary for a delivery or edit the order content before dispatching, we will definitely help you with it. Contact us by email email@example.com. Unfortunately, we can't make changes to the order after the package dispatching.
WHEN CAN I PAY THE ORDER?
After an order approval, it is necessary to pay in full. Payment is possible in several ways: PayPal, via the website or on the account of a European bank. Immediately after fund transferring, we will send you a letter stating that the order is running.
HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT PROMO CODE?
After adding all your favorite items to the basket, go to it to place an order. The discount code must be entered in the right column in the input box labeled "Discount code". By clicking on the "Apply" button, the total order price will be reduced by the discount value.
Please note that some promotional codes are temporary and after the promotion expiration, the discount will not be taken into account.

I PLACE AN ORDER WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP?
Order processing time is 4 to 6 working days and during these days we check your order for quality, packaging, label printing and then we send your order to our shipping company. Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will give a tracking number.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery is completely FREE ALL OVER THE WORLD, and it’s mean that we ship to every country for free. Yes, you read it right!
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Regardless of what you ordered, we can return your money in full before dispatching the goods. If the item has been shipped, you need to receive it and send it back to us, while paying the shipping cost.
ORDERS RETURNED BY POST OFFICE
If you have entered an incorrect post address or name, we are not responsible for this. These orders will be returned back by local post. We reserve the right to charge a fee for replenishment and delivery in the amount of 30-50% of the value of the goods, if this happens. So please remember to check your address when you place an order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of your order receipt . If you decide to return it, you could get a loan at the store or you may exchange the returned item for another item with an equal or lower value.
We do not charge any fees for replenishment or processing, but keep in mind that buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, and we will not be able to compensate for these costs.
