ORDERING

Order processing time is 4 to 6 working days and during these days we check your order for quality, packaging, label printing and then we send your order to our shipping company.

We provide the latest payment processing technology to ensure your online payments are fast, secure and reliable. Romatti accepts payments with: PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Payments, and Payoneer. They securely process millions of transactions each year.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time depends on region, on average - between 3 and 4 weeks.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Products warranty is 1 year.
