Yes! We ship our products to every country worldwide.
Where do you ship your products from?
Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Beijing, China - the location of our manufacturing facilities and warehouse.
However, we also cooperate with well-known European brands (i.e., Hudson Valley, Queeboo), meaning that some of the products are shipped from Europe.
Where is my order?
Most orders take 5-6 weeks to arrive at a customers door after 3-7 business days of processing time, unless otherwise stated on a product page.
The delivery time is not guaranteed due to the current situation in the world, but we do try to get you your item as soon as possible. Please make sure you talk with a customer service representative before opening any disputes.
Where is my tracking number?
You should be getting an email automatically within 2 weeks after you make your purchase notifying you of your tracking number and courier. Otherwise, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes on my items?
Although we do not guarantee you will not have to pay customs duties on your package, most of our packages are delivered without import taxes. Please check your local jurisdiction to check on tax implications for your country.
What is the country of origin of your products?
Most of our products are manufactured in China.
How do I know if my product is original?
While most of the products featured on our website are inspired by original products, they are manufactured in China and do not represent them, meaning they differ in design, size and color and correspond only to the characteristics indicated on our website.

What if the Item I ordered arrives and it doesn’t look like the photo on the store?
Often times the images used on the store are digital mock-ups of what the product is intended to look like. This will typically vary once the product is created and shipped out. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to request a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with the final product.
How do I request a refund?
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Please contact our team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your package back. If you ship an item to us for a return or exchange without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for exchanges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Can I get a different size or color than what is offered through the store?

How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period starts on the date of the original purchase of the product and lasts for one (1) year both for individual customers and business customers.

Do you charge VAT?
Our prices are exclusive of VAT — VAT only applies to customers in the EU. Please note that no reimbursement can be offered against the VAT charge from previously paid invoices.
